Well I haven’t done much but shop lately……..friday afternoon me and some friends went to the mall and stayed there till it closed…that was fun…bought so many clothes for winter…..then we went back to sylvias house…shes the exchange student from italy. In italy she lived in the centre of Milan. Here she lives on a farm..atleast 30 minutes driver from any shops…so a lil difference for her. Stayed the night there…

then saturday I got to help out with farm work :) just stacking wood so it wasn’t too weird. When my host mum came to pick me up she was shocked i had worked on the farm cos she couldn’t imagine me doing “dirty work” lol. Back at my house saturday the whole family was there (ie all the lil grandsons) so it was good fun. My host mum wasn’t too happy that we were all talking in French rather than English for her…which is funny. The other night she had a bit of a hissy fit cos when her daughter nd her partner came they spoke in French with me even though they are fluent in English, and my host mum wanted it to be English so she could practise her conversation skills. Kinda funny, kinda frustrating….but its all good now.

Sunday was fun…early start cos of the grandsons…went for a walk in the freezing cold (2degrees) walked by the river it was really nice. Genvieves friends came too. talking French with everyone again…even though my host mum spoke in English and pascal had to translate to French for the others.

Monday was cegep open day. Its like a school between high school and university. Really boring and stupid.
